The Summer Swelter Craft Beer Festival will be purchasing 2 half kegs from each attending brewery.  If the brewery wishes to enter a small batch beer into the “Best of the Fest” VIP voting competition then that will also be purchased.  Purchases will be made according to the registered price for each beer and checks will be paid upon arrival at the festival.

Tents, ice, and rinse pitchers/water will be provided to you for the duration of the festival.  You must bring your table, chairs, signage, jockey box, and keg tub.

Breweries are expected to arrive at the festival before 11:00 in order to allow enough time to unload supplies and set up their location in advance of the 11:00 Brewer Meet-n-Greet where lunch will be provided while you network with your fellow craft beer evangelists.  This will also allow the brewery representatives to taste the small batch beers that others have brought (everybody loves to taste a one-off).
