It’s the Friends of the Library’s Second Annual Scarecrow Contest. Registration begins Friday, September 28 (4th Friday) from 5-8 at McCowan Library. Pick up your scarecrow form to decorate and display. Cost is $10. Scarecrows will be on display until Nov. 4th. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 Scarecrows with the highest number of votes. All voting will be done at the Library. Brochure is below, with complete rules, and you can also pick a brochure up at McCowan Library.
