How does a beer fest work?

For the purchase of your ticket you will receive a sample glass that will entitle you to 2 oz pours from the participating breweries, along with access to local food trucks, live music and unlimited water (gotta hydrate).

What comes with my ticket?

Entrance to the festival, a souvenir tasting glass, access to over 40+ New Jersey craft breweries, select vendors, food trucks, and an afternoon of live music.

How old do I have to be to attend the Summer Swelter Craft Beer Festival?

You must be 21 or over to be admitted to the festival. No children may attend.

What time does the festival occur?

The festival will run from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  No one will be admitted after 3:00 PM.

When will last pour occur?

Last pour will be 4:45pm

What does a VIP ticket mean?

A limited number of VIP tickets will allow entry to the festival for a full hour before General Admission (12:00-1:00 PM).  This ticket will grant you first access to small-batch brews from each brewery in a smaller, less crowded atmosphere.  

Can I bring my dog, cat, iguana, or marmoset?

No pets/animals of any kind will be admitted.

What if I purchased tickets but am unable to attend?

No refunds will be offered

What if it is raining or snowing?

This event is rain or shine.

What if I drop my tasting glass and it breaks?

Each ticket holder will be given 1 tasting glass.  But don’t worry!  Additional tasting glasses are available for $5 (cash only).

Can I leave the event and come back in?

No.  Once you exit the festival you may not be readmitted for any reason.
