on West Holly Avenue, is nearly ready to open for business, according to owner Yvonne Giovannitti. 

“We’re just waiting for our final CO (certificate of occupancy),” said Giovannitti who bought the home with Vince Jacobs last June. “We just finished the fire escape and installing all of our wireless smoke detectors. We’re just waiting on one more emergency light, and every room is pretty much complete except for two or three details that we hope to finish this week.”
